Healthy Almond Butter Blondies


1 Tablespoon ground chia seeds

2 Tablespoons of water

1 cup of Julia’s Best Ever smooth almond butter

½ cup of coconut sugar

1 tablespoon of vanilla

½ teaspoon of baking soda

¼ teaspoon of salt

½ cup of dark chocolate chips



1.Preheat the oven to 350F and line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.


2. In a large bowl combine the ground chia seeds and water, and stir well until a gel-like texture starts to form.


3. Add in the almond butter, coconut sugar, vanilla, baking soda, and salt, and stir again until a thick batter is created. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.


4. Firmly press mixture into baking dish and cook for 30 mins.
